11:00 AM Service: Volunteers are required to arrive by 10:30 AM 

 Responsibilities:

Arrive Early: Be at the church 30 minutes prior to service to prepare and welcome guests.

Door Greeter: 

Hand out bulletins to attendees as they arrive, ensuring they have all the information they need for the service.

Connect Families: 

Assist families with children by directing them to the Kid’s INC greeter, helping them feel comfortable and informed about where to go.

FirstTime Guest Recognition: 

Identify firsttime visitors and offer them a "Coffee On Us" card, encouraging them to enjoy a complimentary drink at our coffee station.

Be a Friendly Face: 

Provide a warm and welcoming presence. Many guests may feel nervous or have had a challenging week, so your kindness can help them feel the love of Jesus.

Manage Conversations:

While it’s important to connect with newcomers, try to avoid lengthy conversations with the same individuals to ensure that you are available to greet everyone who arrives.

Engage with Families:

Greet families with a handshake or fist bump, making children feel especially welcome and included in our church community.

PostService Assistance: 

Stay 15 minutes after the service starts to help late arrivals find their seats, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included.
